Queste crescentine sono senza glutine. Devo dire che sono venute proprio buone, si differenziano pochissimo da quelle con glutine. La ricetta è di Celiachilandia
Crescentine senza glutine
Ingredienti
9 etti mix pane nutrifree
2 cubetti lievito birra
10 gr sale
600 ml latte
Sciogliere il lievito nel latte tiepido. Aggiungere farina e sale. Impastare finchè l'impasto risulta morbido ma non appiccicoso.
Tirare le crescentine dello spessore di 0,5 cm.
Friggere in olio bollente o strutto.
